The MBA program operates under the law 4485/2017 and is governed by the following administrative bodies:
- The Assembly of the Department of Organisation Management, Marketing and Tourism, consisting of the Head of the Department and the members of the faculty of the Department
- The Coordinating Committee of the program, consisting of the Program Director, the Deputy Director and three more members of the assembly of the Department.
- The Program Director, which is appointed by the Department.
